4-H Members practice the "Group Down" exercise
 
 
2010 4-H Class Information
 
     
  Classes for 4H Dog Obedience are held DarnFar Ranch.   Fayette County Dog Obedience competitors may enroll.  4Hers who are competing in surrounding counties may also enter this class.  Tammie Rogers instructs the classes  
     
  Children that have not taken a dog training class with Tammie should sign up for the two extra "Pre Classes" that begin on Wednesday,  April 21, 2010.  
     
  Returning students start on May 5, 2010  
     
 
TIME: Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30 pm
DATE: Pre Class for kids that have never trained with Tammie:  April 21, 2010
  Fair Prep Class for kids that have trained before:  May 5, 2010
FEES: 10 week Pre-class plus the Fair Prep class:  $25
  8 week Fair Prep class:  $20
 
     
  Note:  This is a "Fair Prep" class.  Dog training instruction is provided, however, the class is designed to prepare the child handler to show their dog at the fair.  Dogs with aggression issues, that are extremely difficult for the child to handle or that are uncontrollable are not suited for this class.  Private instruction with Tammie is available.  
     
  For additional training time, 4Hers are invited to attend other DarnFar training events, such as our One Day Workshops - ask about the 4H discount.

May 26 – Fair Prep Class FOUR
June 2 – Fair Prep Class FIVE
June 9 – Fair Prep Class SIX – Practice at Fair Grounds in Brownstown
June 16 – Fair Prep Class SEVEN – Practice at Fair Grounds in Brownstown
June 23 – Fair Prep Class EIGHT Plus Graduation Party – Held at DarnFar Ranch
